In this pinned and distinctive velvet, the natural fibers of cotton and viscose come together, to create a luxurious display of luster and matte : its unique construction contrasts hexagonal patterns with a pile which can be cut and lustrous or uncut and curled. The variations of texture and depth in the pile are created using the cut-loop technique, and give “Epernon” an incomparable opulence and depth. Its small-scale design, and excellent abrasion-resistance make it ideal for the requirements of both professional and individual customers, as it is an ideal velvet for heavy-duty seating and other decorative pieces, such as cushions.
