Casamance, a first-time partner of the 2026 Kips Bay Decorator Show House in New York

This year, Casamance is partnering with the prestigious Kips Bay Decorator Show House in New York, a must-attend event in the world of interior design. From September 16 to October 13, the brand’s fabrics and wallcoverings come to life in distinctive interiors created by renowned designers.

For its 51st edition, the Kips Bay Decorator Show House took over an 1839 Georgian-style residence in the heart of Greenwich Village. Within this historic setting, twenty-two architects and designers were invited to reinterpret the different spaces of the residence, from the reception rooms to the rooftop overlooking Washington Square Park. Each unveiled their own vision of contemporary living.

As a partner of this edition, Casamance supported four designers in creating their spaces through a selection of fabrics and wallcoverings that helped bring their creative visions to life.

On the rooftop designed by Nicole Fisher, the outdoor space is transformed into an intimate and sophisticated setting for entertaining. Conceived as a private club, it combines generous drapery, marble and elegant furniture. The Santana and Levadas fabrics, designed for outdoor spaces, dress the armchairs and bring a refined touch to this setting overlooking the city.

In a completely different style, designer Megan Grehl created a spectacular bathroom inspired by the world of the film Dune. The Johara wallpaper, in its Terre Brûlée colourway, envelops the room from walls to ceiling, creating the illusion of a stretched fabric thanks to its textile effect. Its warm tones interact with the mineral materials to create an immersive and distinctive atmosphere.

In the primary bedroom, titled The New Connoisseur, John Ferguson Interiors created a warm and sophisticated retreat. The interplay of velvet, linen and textured wallcoverings creates an enveloping atmosphere. The Marco fabric, with its handcrafted silk effect, frames the sleeping area, enhancing the sense of comfort and elegance that defines the room.

For its part, Bilotta Kitchen & Home reimagines the kitchen in the spirit of a Milanese café. The Océma velvet, with its feline motif in the Bleu Givré colourway, covers the bar stools and complements the metallic accents of the interior. A subtle combination of materials and colours that contributes to the distinctive character of this welcoming space.

Through this first participation in the Kips Bay Decorator Show House in New York, Casamance marks a new milestone in its development in the US market and strengthens its position as a key partner for interior architects and designers. A valuable opportunity for the brand to showcase its creative universe and highlight its collections through distinctive and inspiring projects.
