Lunaria

It decorates gardens with its colourful flowers and is covered with medallions in late summer. Known as the “pope’s coins” or “lunar” in French (and also “honesty” in English) because of its moon-shaped, flat seedpods, this fabric is inspired by lunaria. On the fabric, the medallions are printed in watercolours, and then over-embroidered in some places with a more or less dense flat stitch.
